Great Falls High's student of the week: Alexis Miller
By: Abby Hopper - October 29, 2015
Alexis Miller is a freshman here at Great Falls High. She was nominated to be student of the week by her fourth block teacher, Mr. Randy Worthy. Worthy said, "Alexis is a class leader and assists other students when the teacher is occupied with another student." Alexis is also very studious and well-mannered. She is always on task and willing to help others to the best of her ability!
Starting things off with an icebreaker, Alexis said, “If I could be any animal it would be a goat, because I like goats.”
She is a part of the Varsity Cheerleading team and participated in the marching band as one of the two base drum players this year. She sets examples for what the exceptional student and person should strive to be.
She said she doesn’t really have a favorite class because she pretty much likes them all. If she absolutely had to choose one though it would have to be PE. She likes PE because she likes learning about the different sports and getting to try them out. She also really enjoys her IBA class because a lot of her friends are in it so she gets to spend it with them.
Her favorite thing to do outside of school is to hang out with her friends and go different places.
Congratulations Alexis! Keep up the good work and thank you for being RED HOT!
